Visual Studio-то е стартирано с администраторски права, пуснати са всички нужни компоненти на IIS. Ако някой може да помогне с информация за решаване на проблема ще съм изключително благодарен!
The Solution:
C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\MetaBase.xml was empty file
i commented it and take one older version from directory C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\History and all was done!!!

И аз искам да са направени тези опции за да е пълно всичко.Само че също има проблем-не може сам да се справи.Ако е възможно-веднага , с две ръце -за!F1
